A well-known orthodontist, Dr. Ashok Dhoble is working as an honorary secretary-general with Indian Dental Association and Honorary Executive Secretary, Commonwealth Dental Association. He was also a former advisor at the Department of Public Health and Medical Education, Government of Maharashtra (Mumbai, India). He is specialized in improving the oral health of the people. Also, his aim is to speed up the development of dentistry in India. As he has a keen interest in research and education in the dental sub-sector, he has been a mentor for the budding dental surgeons across the country. Also, he has taken diverse oral health initiatives by being a part of the Indian Dental Association. He is a member of FDI COUNCIL and a fellow of International College of Dentists.
